Kia ora koutou and hello. My name is Pamela Bishop and I am both incredibly excited and feel very privileged to have the opportunity to be a part of the foundation team at Te Ao
Mārama.

I am originally from Auckland and moved to Hamilton five years ago with my family, son Ashton and husband Ben. Education has been my career since day dot and I have many years teaching experience in schools in Auckland and Hamilton. My most current role has been an Associate Principal of Learning and year five and six teacher at Endeavour School. Purpose driven and engaging teaching and learning is my passion and I look forward to further developing this in my new role.

My other interests include spending time with family, fur babies and friends, renovation, reading and relaxing in the sun. I look forward to meeting our amazing new learners and their families.
