Jo is Senior Consultant for Leading Learning (an educational consulting business)

In her role Jo works with schools and communities throughout New Zealand. Specialising in the area of review, strategic planning, future-focused development, community consultation, appraisal, governance and management, Jo supports leaders to strengthen sustainable school development.

Jo is highly regarded in her profession, with proven ability to work alongside educators and leaders to promote change.

In addition to her consultancy work with schools, Jo has also been the project leader for several Ministry of Education projects, including ICT PD Project (2010), Blended e-Leading (2011), Development of Hautū: Māori Cultural Responsiveness Self Review tool for Boards of Trustees (2013), and Review of Vocational Pathways (2014-2016). Jo has also led several contracts with New Zealand School Trustees Association, including the development of NZ School Trustees Association Governance Internal Evaluation tool.
