General Information

I am delighted to be part of the team at such an exciting new education venture and I am enjoying doing my part at Te Ao Marama School.

I am a married mother of three: a daughter and two sons, all now teenagers. I love being part of their busy lives, helping them with homework and supporting them in their sports and other activities. I have lived in Hamilton for 15 years.

My professional background has been in finance, human resources and administration. I also have experience in schools, ranging from teacher aiding, through to office work, running school fundraising events, and also being a member of a Board of Trustees

I love being around children, love watching them grow and fulfil their potential and I feel extremely privileged to be part of the team here at Te Ao Mārama School.

General Information

Hi everyone! I’m Melissa & I am very excited to be part of the Te Ao Mārama team.
What an amazing privilege to be appointed as an Administrator in this brand new school in our community.

I have previously worked in a similar role at Endeavour School for 2.5 years & absolutely loved it. Prior to that role, I spent 15 years working in the insurance industry. I particularly enjoy making connections with school families & supporting them however I can.

I live close to school with my husband and two young children (Caitlin & Harry). Caitlin is also part of the Te Ao Mārama community, as a Year 4 student.

I look forward to meeting you in the school office!

General Information

Hello! My name is Amy Reeves and I am super excited to become part of the team at Te Ao Mārama School in the role of admin support.

A bit about me.

I was born and raised in Hamilton, and have enjoyed returning here to be closer to whanau and to raise my young family. I have two boys Elijah 6 and Jayden 2.

I have come from a sport/fitness background and previously worked at AUT University in the School of Sport and Recreation. I enjoy anything to do with sport, recreation and the outdoors (....and I'll give anything a go once! 😉).

In life, I follow similar values to the school and love the vibrant environment it creates. I cannot wait to get involved in this community.

Kia Ora Te Ao Mārama.
